Nicki Minaj becomes the first female rap/hip-hop artist to top the Billboard 200 with two separate albums, as ‘Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded’ enters the US album chart at No. 1 this week. Minaj’s debut album ‘Pink Friday’ also topped the Billboard 200 in its 11th sales week back in 2011.
The Young Money rapper zooms ahead of Lauryn Hill, Foxy Brown and Eve as the female rap/hip-hop artist with the most No. 1 albums. The aforementioned artists have all posted one No. 1 album on the US album chart.
