For the past few months Baltimore’s own, 7uca, has delivered new offerings and tunes from his upcoming studio album, Pink City Motel. Dropping off two previous singles, ‘4x‘ and ‘…beaches,’ it was shown from early on that 7uca was more than your average one trick pony trying to break through the Hip-Hop scene. Revealing another layer of his artistry and offering a peek into his creative world, the rapper officially premiered the visual for ‘Still Violent.’
With clear inspiration from Friday The 13th, could it be that the ‘Still Violent’ video serves as a foreshadow that 7uca is prepared and will go for the kill with his new LP. While ‘Still Violent’ will not appear on the rapper’s new album, the visual sheds light and provides a snippet of new material that will live on Pink City Motel. Directed by Kon Kyoshi, the visual is a welcomed addition as we grow to learn and appreciate the rapper. As if that wasn’t enough, the official release date for Pink City Motel will be October 23rd and 7uca has revealed the accompanying album art to serve as visualization of just what fans can expect.
More than ever, everything is coming together for the Maryland native. Less than two weeks away, we’ll finally get to experience what he’s been cooking up for the past several months. For now, enjoy 7uca’s brand new visual, above, as anticipation grows for his album’s release.
