Meek Mill has accepted the fact that he has to stay cooped up in his house for 90 days, but his only issue, which makes complete sense, was that he couldn’t create anymore music. That one stipulation for an artist is crippling; it’s how they make a living; it’s what fuels them; it’s their outlet.
According to TMZ, the judge spelled out in more detail what it meant for MMG rapper to not record music. The rule is that he can drop new music in order to “protect his brand,” but it has to be released on free platforms like SoundCloud and YouTube.
At least he can keep his music in everyone’s ear, although he can’t make any money off of it. Better than nothing, right?
