When the temperature has dropped below freezing in New York and ski masks become common wear for people who have never been near a mountain, that means only thing; it’s officially timberland boot season or timbs season for short. Yes, it’s that time of year when the weather is unnecessarily cold that you could honestly stick someone up with a water gun. Nothing signals the season of Timberland boots more than freezing cold temperatures and music from Maino. Riding off of the success of his single “Family”, Maino is back with a new record called “F Boyz”. Produced by Brooklyn resident, @GQBeats, the track has a distinct New York sound that is reminiscent of the feeling listeners got from his “KOB Business” released around this time last year.

The three-minute track is a direct shot at anyone coming around to take shots at him or pretending to be something their not. Specifically, Maino raps “Shoutout to the pump faking, fraud n*ggas.” Better yet, Maino took to Twitter to let everybody clear about what he’s saying and who he’s coming for.

If you have any further questions, you can listen to his newest track on all major streaming platforms. This one is for the “F Boyz”.
