Kendrick Lamar blesses the stage for the 2017 MTV VMAs for just the second time in his career.
Lamar leads all artists with eight nominations, including for Video of the Year, Best Hip Hop and Best Cinematography for “HUMBLE,” as well as Artist of the Year. The Compton-born rapper’s fourth album, “DAMN.” was released in April and was certified double platinum in July by the Recording Industry Association of America. The “DAMN.” tour with D.R.A.M., Travis Scott, and YG will be on the road until September 2.
This marks the second time K. Dot has been on the VMA stage. His last performance was in 2013 with Robin Thicke and 2 Chainz for a remix of Thicke’s single “Give It 2 U.” Watch K.Dot’s energetic performance below.
