Rapper G-Eazy and DJ Carnage has been teasing fans for a while about a joint project. Early Tuesday morning, the team dropped their ‘Guala’ video as well as announced their joint EP together.
In the black-and-white video, the rapper and DJ are roaming the streets together as bobble heads. Both G-Eazy and Carnage give us playful sides of both, with G-Eazy rhymes and Carnage’s antics when he morphs into his alter ego, Thirty Rack. The Oakland rapper recently told Complex that “we did it in two nights”. The rapper and DJ have known each other for years, collaborating together before.
Carnage joked about finally being able to work with G-Eazy, “We started working on this album when G came back to reality and noticed how much he needed me in his life… so about 3 months ago.” The four-track EP, produced by Carnage will be released Friday (March 31).
