According to 9to5Mac.com, Apple might have added a new accessibility feature in their iOS 7 beta version that allows users to control their iPhones or iPads using gestures.
In theory, a swing of the head would be all you’d need to flip through your iPhone or select something on your iPad. It is likely that this accessibility feature was created for those with disabilities who require an alternative way to use their Apple devices. That being said, even non-disabled iPhone/iPad users can take advantage of this feature and customize it to suit their personal preferences.
It has not yet been confirmed or denied if the feature will make it into the final version of iOS 7.
