NBA championship winner Eddy Curry – it still sounds strange, right? – might be heading back to for another chance in New York, this time across the bridge and in Brooklyn. The Nets are working out Curry (he was on Miami’s roster last season but appeared in just 14-games) with an eye to adding him as a back-up for center Brook Lopez, the Nets are also looking at former Hornet Hilton Armstrong as well.
Curry is an intriguing option though, given his prior history with the Knicks, but Brooklyn are running out of options looking for a reserve to fill the squad out (they can only offer the veterans minimum to either player).
