Hollis-Jefferson reportedly plans to declare that he’ll be taking the next step in his career.
Arizona sophomore forward Rondae Hollis-Jefferson is expected to declare for the 2015 NBA Draft, as sources told the Arizona Scout on Wednesday. Hollis-Jefferson averaged 11.2 points and 6.8 rebounds for the Wildcats this season. His team lost to Wisconsin in the Elite Eight round of the NCAA Tournament.
Hollis-Jefferson is currently ranked as the no. 24 overall pick in the Draft Express 2015 Mock Draft. He’s a 6-foot-6 athlete, playmaker, and energy guy with the wingspan of a seven footer. As opposed to his usual role in college, Hollis-Jefferson is likely asked to be a two guard at the next level, which makes his outside shooting an emphasis for development.
All jokes aside, the question we should all want answered immediate is this: Will Hollis-Jefferson be bringing his free throw shimmy routine to the league as well? Lets hope so.
