The NFL owners meeting concluded in March but today more rule changes sprung in the NFL. After a bevy of changes, NFL owners were back at it today to make some new and improved changes. NFL reporters around the league had the latest additional rule changes to be implemented for the 2017 season.
NFL overtime expected to be reduced today to 10 minutes from 15 minutes. “It’s happening,” said one league official.

Roger Goodell is expected to tell NFL owners group celebrations, using ball as prop after TDs, going to ground, snow angels are now allowed.

Per source, the owners just passed a resolution eliminating the 75-man cutdown. So now, there’ll be just one cutdown day — 90 to 53.

Additionally teams will vote on allowing teams to pull 2 players off injured reserve in-season. Current rules allow 1 player to come off IR.

One of the biggest rule changes back in March would no longer allow players to leap over the center on field goal attempts. It looks like there may be more changes to come so we will update you when there are more updates.
